Light steel villas: Usually applied to new rural houses, cultural tourism accommodation, high-end camp houses, and can serve as semi-permanent buildings. With professional technical treatment, the service life can reach up to 50 years.

During the design process, the focus is on structural safety and material durability. According to different usage environments and lifespan requirements, materials' standards are established through experimental verification. For example, corrosion protection standards for structural and enclosure materials are set through salt spray tests to ensure structural safety and normal use within the design lifespan.
The company's standard product designs meet the basic load parameters, with wind pressure resistance up to 0.45KN/㎡, about level 10 wind. If the project is located in an area with harsh conditions and high wind pressure, the standard structure cannot meet the stress requirements, and structural reinforcement is needed. Reinforcement measures are usually divided into house structure reinforcement and external auxiliary structural reinforcement.
