  • S-type expansion loops (displacement compensation ±15mm/meter)

  • T-joints with built-in guide vanes (35% pressure drop reduction)

2.2 Enhanced Configurations

  • Abrasion-Resistant: Stellite 6 overlay (HRC58-62)

  • Corrosion-Resistant: PTFE liner (3mm±0.2mm) + cathodic protection interface

  • Insulated: Vacuum jacketed design (50mm interlayer, vacuum ≤5Pa)
